Very few products in the medical word have been accepted to stimulate your own collagen. Vitamin A known as retinol has been the most studied for the last 50 years. Recent advances have developed chemical messengers called Peptides; which mimic natural messengers in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin. Many formulations gold dust their products with peptides and retinol but their efficacy is based on concentration. High concentration is expensive.
