Return and Refund Information
- We try our best to accommodate our customers with the best products and services yet we are fully equipped to handle your return requests if any.
- We allow a time span of 15 days from the receipt to our customers to make a return request if unsatisfied with the product.
- The order must be returned in the same packaging as delivered; making sure the condition of the item is resalable.
- The shipping charges for the returned item are to be paid by the customer only.
- Please note that the delivery charges you paid are none refundable.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any complaints regarding the order, mentioning your order number would make the procedure quicker.
- In the matter when a wrong item is delivered you’ll be shortly provided with the correct order upon requesting.
- If a damaged product is delivered to your address you’ll be fully compensated with the entire amount you paid including the delivery charges.
- If the product appears to be damaged during shipping please be kind enough to share a picture of it with us via email so that we can claim a refund from the courier company.
- The customised orders are non-compliant for a refund or exchange.
How soon will the refund be made?
- It is recommended that you contact us at email@example.com before returning the product so that we can guide you step by step.
- Please ensure the product should be properly secured and packaged and we would recommend send your product via recorded delivery service.
- The customer would receive an email as soon as the product is received and affirmed by us for a refund.
- Please allow us 3-5 working days for processing the refund from the date of receiving the email notification.
