Return and Refund Information
- We try our best to provide our customers with the best products and services. However, in the unfortunate event you are unsatisfied with our product, we would be happy to look into return request and endeavour to resolve any issues.
- Customer are able to return an item and receive a full refund, within 15 days of receipt of the order request. The return request should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include full details of your order.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging making sure the condition of the item is resaleable.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- All items are evaluated before being processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Customer are resonsible for shipping and postage charges for the returned items.
- Please note that the delivery charges you paid are non refundable.
- Contact us at email@example.com for any complaints regarding the order, mentioning your order number would make the procedure quicker.
- In the exceptional circumstance where an incorrect item has been delivered, kindly inform our team. The correct item will be delivered to you at the earliest opportunity.
- In case of damaged product being delivered, kindly inform us as soon as possible upon receipt. We would be happy to send out a replacement.
- Kindly share evidence of the damaged item via email to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds or exchange on customised order.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
How soon will the refund be made?
- It is recommended that you contact us at email@example.com before returning the product so that we can guide you step by step.
- Please ensure the product(s) is properly secured and packaged. We recommend recorded delivery when sending back any returned items.
- The customer would receive an email as soon as the product is received and affirmed by us for a refund.
- Please allow us 3-5 working days for processing the refund from the date of receiving the email notification.
