Our products can be delivered at your address anywhere in the UK in the least possible time. If ordering from non-mainland UK address or remote locations then the charges and delivery time may vary accordingly.

UK mainland Shipping

• We offer FREE SHIPPING to UK mainland on all orders.
• Package will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked-48.
• It may take a day or two for your order to be processed from our side.
• The delivery period may take as long as 3-4 days.
• The weekends and bank holidays will not be included in the delivery period or day.
• All deliveries are subject to Skin Shop successfully receiving payment.
• We do not ship to PO Box Addresses.
• The inevitable situations and uncontrollable circumstances might delay the delivery regardless of all our efforts to make timely deliveries. Failures in delivered or uncertain delays are out of our control and we take no responsibility of such unanticipated incidents.

International Shipping

• The covid-19 has caused inconvenience and obstacles in international deliveries.
• We regret not being able to make the promised deliveries.
• We ship all international order via Royal Mail. 5 to 10 working days are expected for the order to reach the buyer once dispatched.
• All the taxes and custom duties are to be cleared by the buyer.
• We do not ship to BFPO.
